My name is Omar Ansari, I am presiding over TechNation, a Kabul-based technology and consulting company. TechNation is a member of BC and we are actively involved in preparing the first Internet Governance Forum Afghanistan (IGFA), to be held between March 28 and March 30, 2017 in Kabul, Afghanistan. 

IGF Afghanistan provides a platform for diverse stakeholders from business, civil society, government and technical community to come together and discuss IG related issues— more information on: http://igf.af[igf.af]. We believe the meeting also provides a great opportunity for ICANN BC to get involved with IGFA and business stakeholders in the region. We, therefore, would like to propose conducting an outreach activity, a BC Workshop + Lunch/ Dinner, with the event.
