Lawrence’s report on IGF - three hubs, one hub in Abuja. Hub was powered by the resources in the BC. Three potential BC members
identified, and one has submitted an application for membership.
ACTION: Lawrence to create a template (best practice outline) for future remote hubs to outline what the steps are and budgetary needs.

Onboarding Project – a brief update was provided

Budget comments - Funding cuts for CROP have been flagged. Concerns the special budget requests will also be cut. Jimson noted that
is how he became a member. It is key for BC Members to ask questions. Agreed that budget cuts to the fellowship cuts is a lost opportunity for the BC.

WITSA/WCIT- Omar discussed his participation at the event, which took place in Hyderabad, India. Omar created a fact sheet for Asia.
Chantelle requested for this to be shared, so she can post to the BC newsletter portion of the website

PR Outreach - a formal event is unlikely as the building where the building would be held, so holding small meeting.
ACTION: Andrew requested for members to send info to Chantelle for coordination to attend meetings
