thanks, Lawrence for this copy of the invitation.
Let me see if I can finalize our joint understanding. from today's call:
The BC will fund $1500 for travel and an additional $200 [roughly which to me means at least some leeway of maybe an additional $50 or $100 with discretion to print the Fact Sheet.
I hope that you - Lawrence -- can arrange to print that with a local printer and carry it, or negotiate with Waudo for printing and hand carrying, and in any case, the printing cost up to that limit would be reimbursed for the fact sheet. In English. There
are also small cards and those need to be sent to Waudo and Lawrence. Frankly, I do not use them much but they are helpful in many countries, so if they are available, perhaps they can be sent -- to Waudo and Lawrence?
This event topic is focused on "Small projects that promote Internet Development"
Now that the BC has a sponsored speaker -- you --to take up this issue and
also advance awareness of ICANN we should consider how to maximize both your
messages but the 2-3 minutes that are about the BC, as that is the purpose of the BC
sponsorship.
Can you advise how long your speaking role is and what we can do in terms of distribution
of materials in the room. As this is the last day of the event, one of my contacts advised that
many non technical attendees will have left.
I ask that Waudo and you consult and then provide advise on how the BC makes sure that the social events include you both.
