Dear colleagues on the Outreach committee and also the Excomm... I have had a chance to have a call with Omar

and take into account Gabi, Tola comments. Omar and I discussed that we indeed should not focus on the Fellowship

program but more broadly, so I made an effort to do that.

So far, Omar, Gabi, Tola and I also think that we should have a separate working effort on improvements to the Fellowship 

Program that we can do in January, and submit to the fuller BC and then to ICANN. 

Thus, this new edit is more focused, and just references "more to come" comments specific to the BC.

Comments are very welcomed, and I tried to make this "preliminary", so Susan/Steve, we might even want to say that these are preliminary comments.

Many thanks to all of you who have commented, including Barbara and Steve and Jimson from the ExeComm and to the Outreach Committee. 

I will be online tomorrow around 8 am and will try to finalize any comments that come in by noon, so that Susan/Steve can then make our submission.
