One suggestion from me…I made ICANN61 the top item…my only thought was that as Chris is joining the call, to maximize his time. It is just a suggestion to consider, I am happy to rearrange as to what the group
wishes to discuss first

Leadership Program/funded by the Special Budget Request of the BC for our senior leadership engagement/recruitment.
-Status on the Onboarding Project and its implications for Outreach for BC
*Marilyn and Arinola and Tola
-Planning for ICANN61
*materials
*events
*bilaterals
-Need to comment on the draft BC comments on Budget and Operating Plan -
*initial draft by Jimson/extensive comments by Marilyn noting strong concerns
regarding some of the cuts
*Review of Fellowship Program by Omar and Marilyn/Implications for BC regarding cuts
in Onboarding/ Special Project Requests/Fellowship
Obviously, planning for ICANN 61 is being led by Andrew and is thus a key priority, so I leave it to Andrew to organize the topics, but wanted to note
that we have some other important updates
and comments to focus on, so I offer a few areas for consideration.
Note: Jimson and Mark have submitted their "meeting reports" from the IGF. I apologize. I did do a
draft but then lost my Mac in the home fire. I will reconstruct over the week end.
