are there other documents I should be focused on? I didn't see the document re the Newsletter but it is probably not in need of my edits.
On the larger capacity building submissions, that is a priority.

Jimson, I made a few suggested changes, some of which are more about why and who we reach out to.
I also specifically referenced the NRIs as I am aware that ICANN is also very interested in engaging with the NRIs for several reasons, including using any opportunity to educationally /locally about the ITR consultation process, how the SDGs are incorporated; etc.I also take note of the commitment to do capacity building with governments, and perhaps we might think about how we can provide speakers to those CB events. Also I did make a change : it is not really useful for the BC to focus on WEOG countries -- Western Europe and other countries: Australia, NZ, Canada, and US.However, Central and South Asia - CASA[will send the list of member countries separately] could be a useful focus for us, as could S.E. Europe -- Estonia, Latvia, Moldova...I hope that the Outreach Committee might consider how we use the NRIs -- where we have a speaker available, we look to join a workshop. Where we do not, we instead provide a small sponsorship into the IGFSA for instance -- and then we ask to have a BC fact sheet distributed at the NRI. Where we might find more support from BC members -- e.g. I did talk to a few of the European members and some seem open to distributing an op piece in their members magazine.

Subject: Proposed FY18 Outreach Budget RequestsOutreach Committee,Attached, please find the proposed FY18 Outreach Budget Requests for your review. In the Outreach events request, I've proposed that we use CROPP option only for FY18 but with an increase to 8 beneficiaries from 4. This would enable more members across ICANN regions participate in Outreach activities in their regions. The second is wrt printing of BC Newsletters.Your feedback by Monday Jan 16 would be plausible.Cheers,JO
