ICANN57 officially flags off on the 3rd of November, so the Information
booth is going to be setup and running by the 2nd of November.
Usually there is a roaster circulated by the booth coordinator(s) for
fellowship alumni attending ICANN public meetings to sign-up and volunteer
for slots through the public meeting, i can make this available to the BC
outreach team when it is published on our mailing list.
Usually, the booth would be open from the first day of the meeting till
the close of the 2nd Public forum just before cocktails and the board
meeting.
