Dear all,

During the Capacity Building Working Group call of 12 September, the issue of preparing of the ALSes for the ATLAS II summit was raised, and it was proposed that our WGs work together for a good and successful program.

The Capacity Building WG proposes that we organize a joint meeting with the RALO secretariats, the ATLAS II WG, and the ICANN Academy WG in Buenos Aires next November. If you agree, we need to inform very soon the Staff to reserve the room.

This is not to say that we shouldn’t organize conference calls before Buenos Aires, but since most of the room allocations have already been done, it is very urgent to inform Heidi and her team that we need the joint meeting in BA.
