Recommendation 2:
1. Make Stock Taking of current Capacity Building Efforts
Evaluate Output & Costs
2. Propose activities in terms of Capacity building.
Ask RALOs to propose Capacity Building activities by the same time next week. Make use of the ATLAS II survey answers in proposing the activities.
3. Provide Status report to Board in LA
Recommendation 26:

Think about knowledge management system and try to propose suggestions and correspondent resources needed to implement it.
