Apologies for not making it to last Thursday's Webinar Team call. Here are my comments.

Agree with:
  • Reactivate YouTube Channel with hashtags (#AtLargeWebinar, and have a #topic)
  • Have a short description added in the YouTube video description and links to additional resources when posting the video
  • Instagram is more an entertainment environment. It requires more attention when developing information. If we had a tool that can distribute the information simultaneously, we can consider it. Thank's Cheryl for the suggestion.
  • The target audience in some cases determines the Social Media platform to use to distribute information. Consult with ICANN Communication Team and consider setting up a special call to review.
    • e.g. - ICANN Fellows, NextGen, ICANN Community, civil society, etc. are groups we need to engage
  • The next series of webinars in 2021 need to focus on two areas:
    • Policy
    • Enhancing leadership skills of our ATLAS III ambassadors: What are we doing?
  • It is important that we follow the proposed 'Checklist' on Best Practices to pursue smooth webinar preparation.
