I like Alberto’s addition.  #4 is good.

I was not encouraged to comment on what I said at the meeting. But as it is still open to comments I will repeat it. As is the text, it is valid for all those who have knowledge (major or minor) on the subject. But for those who don't have a clue, maybe a little phrase; "two safe ways to surf the Internet" would call to participate those who have no knowledge of the acronym. Particularly for those young people who will meet him through social networks.

Dear Natalia,

Dear Colleagues:

I actually agree with Holly. The whole purpose of the Webinar is to bring these concepts down to earth. The visual aid helps give the audience an idea I also agree with Hadia that it might be adequate to be as accurate as possible on the objectives of the Webinar. Holly is already well known in the community and some of her bio info can be part of the pre-slides before the beginning of the recording or even as a very short intro.

Great job, Natalia.

Dear Natalia,

Thank you for the fantastic work. I also prefer the fourth attachment, because I think it is easier to comprehend.

As for the description, I think we need to clarify that the users data we are talking about are the domain name queries and responses. The DNS  does not provide encryption but does provided extensions like the DNSSEC that would prevent man in the middle attacks, also we need to remember that users queries in all cases are not private to the resolver. I would suggest something along the below lines

As you know, the DNS resolver responds to a user request to translate a domain name into an IP address. DNS queries and responses are sent in plain-text, to enhance users’ privacy and security, protocols like DNS over TLS (DoT) and DNS over HTTPS (DoH) that provide encryption to DNS traffic are used.

Kind regards

Hadia

I agree with Cheryl. They are all good, but I prefer 4 as well.

Dear team,

I`m sending you 3 promo samples for the next webinar for the choosing and approving:
1-usual to us (2 parts -description of the webinar and short bio of Holly).
2-description of the webinar and biography of Holly on 1 card, usual design.
3-vivid and my preferred!-) (as we discussed, we can use street art from all over the world for decoration, which supports the idea of our community representing all countries of the world) . Also 2 parts (description + universal biography of Holly which can be used separately somewhere)

I added and used (as suggested by Alberto) a short non-technical description of the webinar.
Please review it and approve/correct / reject it.

Waiting for your choice!

Sincerely,
Natalia
