CHALLENGE:
As we are promoting these webinars on the other SO AC mailing lists (via the lead support staff), Social Media and Regional VPs, we do not necessarily have
the contact email for all participants on the webinar.
On Monday’s EPDP Webinar, we had many NEW participants, unknown to At-Large Staff. This will likely increase as we promote the future webinars (including
to Joanna’s students).
The only way to get the Post Webinar Survey to the webinar participants is to
INCLUDE this at the END of the webinar – all those on Zoom will be able to participate.
RTT will be provided on all the webinars so this goes for the RTT Survey as well! We currently send it out to the distribution list via email, post call.
Not possible as it stands now.

Dear Team members:
In our recent call, I mentioned that we should review the Survey Questions sent to the participants of our webinars. The questions are listed at -

and I have added them below for your review and suggestions if any. In the end, I have some suggestions for your consideration.
I believe the purpose of the survey should be to help us identify the audience we are serving and how they are getting the information/announcement of the webinars. It has been perceived that
the webinars are for those engaged in ICANN, especially in At-Large to build their skills to better engage in Policy advice within the community. My hypothesis: Are the Capacity Building Webinars meeting its objective? and Are we engaging New individuals
to At-Large?
