Allow us to know what works and what does not work
Set ideas of interest for our next webinars
Gives us an insight about the participants demographics
and above all we need to keep it short because it is conducted at the end of the webinar.
So to Natalia's comment about adding the topics of the next webinar, in my opinion the question about if they would like to receive future invitations attempts to know if those webinars as set are generally useful or not and does not attempt to know if the upcoming webinars' topics are of interest to them or not (this could be a separate question). However, in order to know which topics are of interest to the audience (as John suggested) I would add the question "Do you have any suggestions for future webinars?" I agree with John that if we do not have an alternative to the technology it does not make much sense to have this question in place. However, I think that based on the feedback from the community the technology used could be re-evaluated and changed (not sure though). Natalia I was not sure about your scaling suggestion, so if you have a scale for each of the five questions, it still makes them five and not one. If all five are grouped and you have one scale for all five you will get a collective feedback that does not allow you to understand where the problem is. So to conclude we could
* Add "Do you have any suggestions for future webinars?" ( I recommend this).
* List the upcoming webinars' topics and ask for feedback (but that would require time).
* Delete the question about the technology if the feedback does not have any possible impact on the technology we use.

I like Hadia’s cuts. The questionnaire now covers the most important feedback information. I would ask for other topics. I find using 1-10 more burdensome than the three responses Hadia provides. Further, unless we have a different technology for the questions and answers, I would not ask for an evaluation.

How can you evaluate (scale from 1 to 10, 10 is the highest score):
- time (schedule, UTC) of the webinar
- clarity and fullness of coverage the topic
- engaging of the presentation
- satisfaction the ability to ask questions/get answers
- technologies used for the webinar
And I think we may add the short list of topics of future webinars to Q8 (IMO the answer can not be meaningful if they do not know what kind of webinars we mean).
Maybe for the futures webinars we may ask does the participant represent any part of the ICANN (with a list SO/AC etc for our understanding of the importance and usefulness of At-Large webinars for the ICANN community)

CHALLENGE:
As we are promoting these webinars on the other SO AC mailing lists (via the lead support staff), Social Media and Regional VPs, we do not necessarily have the contact email for all participants on the webinar.
On Monday’s EPDP Webinar, we had many NEW participants, unknown to At-Large Staff. This will likely increase as we promote the future webinars (including to Joanna’s students).
The only way to get the Post Webinar Survey to the webinar participants is to INCLUDE this at the END of the webinar – all those on Zoom will be able to participate.
RTT will be provided on all the webinars so this goes for the RTT Survey as well! We currently send it out to the distribution list via email, post call. Not possible as it stands now.

In our recent call, I mentioned that we should review the Survey Questions sent to the participants of our webinars. The questions are listed at - https://community.icann.org/display/atlarge/At-Large+Capacity+Building+Working+Group
and I have added them below for your review and suggestions if any. In the end, I have some suggestions for your consideration.
I believe the purpose of the survey should be to help us identify the audience we are serving and how they are getting the information/announcement of the webinars. It has been perceived that the webinars are for those engaged in ICANN, especially in At-Large to build their skills to better engage in Policy advice within the community.
