I`ve sent https://getvoip.com/blog/2016/09/14/best-online-whiteboard/ 

to ICANN68 planning committee, but for sure it is useful tool for all online-lessons, webinars etc and may be suggested as useful tool for speakers or/and attendees of CB webinars, if the format allows it.
