Regarding social networks, Natalya posted it on Facebook and I republished it. In LACRALO they published it the same Monday because I warned that they had not published anything yet, this was on Facebook and Twitter. In the rest where possible it was not published. These possible are, on Facebook: ICANN Social; ICANN Circle; ICANN At-Large Community, ICANN wiki; ICANN, and others that are from each RALO or each ALS. On Twitter it was only published on the same Monday in LACRALO. And to publish there are a similar or greater number than the ones we have in Fabeook. In particular, the only publication that came out with the non-technical explanation was Natalya's, but only in English. I think we would have to coordinate this to post more ... Regards! Alberto
