Yes, the Board did adopt the CCWG Workstream 2 report, including the human rights bylaw. The motion was read out by Avri Doria and seconded by Matthew Shears on November 7. I assume you meant UDRP Review. RPM is still on it phase 1 and final report are scheduled for April 2020 based on current timeline provided by the WG. Phase 2 which includes the UDRP review should start after but possibly there would be some changes before  .
