While it may not be specifically on Human Rights, I think the session on "Exploring Global Public Interest within ICANN's Remit" might be relevant or of interest to the persons involved in the area of Human Rights.

The sessions on the new gTLD program (reviews, WG on Subsequent Procedures etc) may also have some tangential human rights concerns that can be raised.
