Hi everyone,

I think we may move to Wednesday morning at 10:00. the GAC-board meeting is from 8:30 to 9:30.
We are still discussing about timing for CCWG on IG meeting.

I  also  strongly advise for 2 hours session only. what I need as input:
- session description , title  and tentative agenda (which will be online)
• a breakdown of topics to be discussed
• a list of speakers/panellists
• an explanation of the session’s goals and expected outcomes
• hyperlinks to relevant documentation.
- expected number of attendees
- preferred set-up: u shape, theatre, rounds, board, classroom etc

I will ask of course of for remote participation and adobe connect. I need to submit the request by 15th Dec
finally, I think that is time to move to more substantive discussion to prepare the session.

Hi all and thanks for the suggestions as well - Seems Wednesday at 9.30 may
be least worst option  ....
Perhaps we should also be willing to consider a slightly shorter session if
that helps with scheduling (eg to reduce to 2 or 2.5 hours)

Hi all,

For your reference, the ICANN51 schedule:
http://la51.icann.org/en/schedule-full

Monday afternoon is risky because it might overlap with ICANN accountability
discussions, updates on new gTLDs, etc.

Wednesday morning is risky because of the CCWG on Internet Governance.
But since the latter is from 8:30 - 9:45, if we start at 9:30, we should be
OK with a slow start. Will you keep the same time for Singapore for this
workshop Bill ?

If so, I'd go for Wednesday morning.

Best,

Niels
