I am writing to ask whether the HR FOI been approved by ICANN board? if so, what is the date of the approval, and where is the information available to that effect?

I know that this is the FOI: https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/proposed-foi-hr-04apr17-en.pdf, but if it was approved, is it in this form?
