The only other alternative I can think of is to do the working meeting immediatly after the public meeting. Maybe it is even more productive like this? If this is not feasible, I think that 13:00 to 14:00 is the best way to go. Those of us in the GNSO will not not be able to be there, but at this time the meeting will not conflict with privacy discussions or the GAC communiqué. This could be an opportunity to invite liaisons from GAC who could help find synergy with the GAC WG.

human rights in ICANN, but the planning indeed seems quite unfortunately

If we move it up one hour it will conflict with the GNSO Privacy &
Proxy Accreditation Services Issues meeting.

If we move it further up again, it conflicts with the GNSO council.

Perhaps from 13:00 - 14:00 ?
