  1. Discussion about ways to prepare in advance for the public comment prior to the publication. 

a.       We will evaluate what is feasible and what is not feasible prior to the publication all while understanding that in general many of the strategic projects and Operating Initiatives are multiyear activities.   We will prepare some points for discussion with the ccNSO SOPC about this.

  1. Discussion on the comments from the ccNSO SOPC on the FY24 OP&B Plans.
