Dear all,

As schedules are being finalized and travel arrangements made, we wanted to update you on a few of the tentative ccNSO-related sessions in Copenhagen. 

Day 2, Sunday 12 March

The Guidelines Review Committee (GRC), Strategic and Operational Planning Working Group (SOP) and TLD OPS all plan on having a face-to face meeting.

Day 3, Monday 13 March

Tech Day – plan is to start after the Opening Ceremony

Day 4, Tuesday 14 March, and Wednesday Day 5 15 March

Members meeting days – draft agenda has been posted and available here

I will send additional updates as soon as we confirm the joint sessions (with other SO/ACs) and the ccNSO Council, as well as when times/rooms are secured.
