Please be advised that I have two items that I will be bringing up under AOB at this afternoon’s meeting:

The need to hold a formal ccNSO Annual General Meeting per ICANN Bylaw 10.4(f);
A suggestion that the Council form a study group to review the ICANN bylaws to identify any additional provisions that might need revision, replacing, or scrapping (beyond the already identified issues (IFRP non-ccNSO ccTLD member requirement and Article 10.4(a).

ALAC Update

The ALAC had it September call in October so there are not too many updates comparing to September activities Updates other than the following:

The ALAC is currently working on the amendments of the Rules of Procedure and the ALAC E-mail Guide. The amendments are expected to be voted at the Wrap-Up Session in Barcelona.

The ALAC has also adopted a statement on the Initial Report on the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures Policy Development Process (Overarching Issues & Work Tracks 1-4):
