Questions for ICANN org Executive Team Q&A at ICANN64 FOR: All Community Leaders The ICANN org Executive Team Q&A will be Thursday, 14 March, 14:45-15:45 in Portopia Hall. On behalf of ICANN org’s Executive Team, I would like to invite you and your respective community groups to each submit 1-2 questions or topics that you would like to see addressed either by a specific executive or by the whole Executive Team. To facilitate your planning, you may wish to review the latest ICANN org executive team report to the ICANN Board from January 2019. Executive: Theresa Swinehart FOR: All Community Leaders The Technical Study Group on Non-Public Registration Data (TSG-RD) will be holding a public engagement session on Monday, 11 March, 13:30-15:00 in Portopia Hall. I'd like to invite the members of your groups to attend that session and provide feedback on our draft technical model for access to non-public registration data, which we intend to share with the community prior to ICANN64. As most of the TSG-RD members will also be in Kobe, if you are interested, we'd like to offer to provide your group with a short briefing on our work during the meeting week and hear your feedback. If you would like to schedule time with us, please let me know <rmohan@afilias.info> and copy Diana Middleton <diana.middleton@icann.org> and Eleeza Agopian <eleeza.agopian@icann.org> from ICANN org, as they will help to coordinate our schedules. |

ICANN64 Prep Week: 25-28 February ICANN org is piloting a new initiative called Prep Week to consolidate all pre-ICANN Public Meeting webinars into one week. Starting with ICANN64, Prep Week will streamline the pre-meeting experience, so deeper conversations can be had in sessions. There are four webinars scheduled for ICANN64 Prep Week. Expiration Notice: 21-Day Rejection Action Petition Period for FY20 IANA Budget In accordance with the timelines and procedures set out in Annex D of the ICANN Bylaws, staff notes that the 21-day Rejection Action Petition Period pertaining to the FY20 IANA Budget that was approved by the ICANN Board expired at 07:59 UTC on 22 February. No Rejection Action Petition Notices (as defined in Annex D, Section 2.2(c)(i)) were received by the Empowered Community Administration within the prescribed timeframe. |
