How will you ensure you stay in touch with your region's ccTLD expectations of the ccNSO?

I currently have a very good relationship with the LACTLD community and we have an open channel of communication that is very fluid and unrestricted. On the other hand, I had set up a list of emails of all ccTLD managers of the region (whether they are members of LACTLD, ccNSO or neither).

How are you planning to inform your region's ccTLDs of ongoing discussions or decisions from the ccNSO ?

I always tweet at the international meetings I attend, like LACTLD or ICANN meetings [please follow me on Twitter: @areynosob]. Additionally I try to have as many conversations as possible with regional ccTLDs at any international event I go. One new thing I would like to achieve is to send a small summary [in Spanish and English] of the ccNSO activities through the email list I mentioned in the previous question.
