As you will recall you adopted the update of the Councillor 360 review procedure at your meeting on 21 December 2023, and have since then conducted one review. is available at: .

As you may recall you also agreed a scheme for review. Accordingly, the next 360 Review is due to start this month, to be able to share the results with Councillors before this year’s call for Council nominations is launched (due 1 October 2024).

Included you’ll find details regarding this round of the 360 review for your approval. If you have any question, concerns or comments please use the list.

Resolution

According to the review procedure all Councillors are expected to receive two 360 feedback reports during their term. The first one will be received 1 year after they take their seat on the Council. The second round of feedback should be concluded 6 months before the end of the term.

As you may recall the Council discussed the scheme for the review and accordingly the following Councillors who took their seat approximately two and a half (2.5) years ago will be subject to the review: Biyi, Jordan, Nick, Demi, and Pablo.

This Review has been scheduled (duration 3 weeks), to be able to provide feed-back to the individual Councillors subject to the review before the Council Election opens (see proposed timeline below).
