During ICANN 75, the Guidelines Review Committee (GRC) brought forward the Statement of Interest process and took a temperature of the room to gauge how the community felt.  It was apparent that the community supports this effort, and the GRC and staff have worked diligently to deliver this to you.

You will find attached to this not only the guideline around the SOI but also an online form in which we have done our best to facilitate the practical application of the SOI.
