I am writing to you in my role as the ccNSO Representative to the Empowered Community Administration.

Please be advised that the following Rejection Action Board Notices

•             ICANN’s FY2018 Budget and Operating Plan;

•             IANA’s FY2018 Budget; and

•             ICANN’s Five-Year Operating Plan

submitted by the ICANN Secretary to the Empowered Community Administration and Decisional Participants on 24 June 2017 (see

https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/bm/secretarys-notice-24jun17-en.pdf; https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/bm/secretarys-notice-2-24jun17-en.pdf; and https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/bm/secretarys-notice-3-24jun17-en.pdf respectively) have not resulted in any Rejection Action Petition Notices from the Empowered Community during the Rejection Action Petition Period.

With the expiration of the Rejection Action Petition Period, without the receipt of any Rejection Action Petition Notice from Decisional Participants, the Empowered Community Administration has formally notified the ICANN Secretary, pursuant to Section 2.2(c)(ii) of Annex D of the Bylaws, that the Rejection Process for the above referenced Rejection Action Board Notices has been formally terminated by the Empowered Community Administration.

The attached copy of the correspondence between the Empowered Community Administration and the ICANN Corporate Secretary is for your reference.
