As the recently published draft Strategic Plan contains the following:

 

The current multi-year contract expireswas renewed in 2012. ICANN is well positioned to compete for the award, and expects to continue to operate the IANA function, through September 2015, with two renewal two-year options.

I’d be interested to hear (again) the Board’s vision and strategy for WCIT.

Probably it is somewhat more detailed by now compared to the vague response we got in Prague.
