Dear Councillors,
As discussed, there will be a joint ccNSO/gNSO meeting on Thursday, 26th June. The meeting starts at 12.00 and finishes at 14.15 (in the meeting room "Rodin"). A small lunch will be provided.
Could the councillors who plan to attend this meeting please let me know by this Friday, 6th June, whether you plan to attend.
For those of you who can't make it to the Paris meeting in person - a telephone line will be set up for the ccNSO/gNSO meeting. Please, also let me know if you plan to attend per telephone by this Friday!
