The 2^nd IFRT has recently published its Initial report for public comment ( https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/second-iana-naming-function-review-team-ifr2-initial-report-20-03-2025)

The public comment period closes on 28 April.

In. order to meet the deadline the following steps are proposed:

1. 2-3 volunteers from Council  7 April
2. Initial draft ready 15 April 2025
3. Council support  24 April
4. Submission 28 April 2025
