Please find included draft ccNSO Guidelines for your comment. The guidelines were developed/updated by the GRC and are now ready for your review and comment. After you have reviewed them the GRC will update them , if so needed and then circulate them to the ccNSO membership to seek their comment and feed-back. When that is done, the GRC will again update them if necessary and submit the Guidelines to Council for adoption. The various (changes to the ) Guidelines will be introduced at the upcoming meeting.

The proposed/amended Guidelines are:

• (new) Guideline: ccNSO General SoI and Council CoI
• Update Guideline: ccNSO Board Seat 11 and 12 Nomination Process
• Update Guideline: ccNSO Council Election
