Please find included the draft letter for the ccNSO response to ICANN letter on proposed changes of Article 10 and Annex B of the

ICANN Bylaws to include IDN ccTLDs in the ccNSO. The letter was drafted by: Hiro Hotta, Jiankang Yao, Mira Fajri and me.

As this letter was drafted under the Guideline ccNSO statement and responses, you are kindly requested to provide comments and feed-back, if any, by Friday 15 January 2021. The drafting team will update the draft and seek feed-back from the ccNSO Membership.
