ICANN's Fellowship Programme is now opening for applications to the ICANN Meeting in Buenos Aires 17-21 November 2013: http://www.icann.org/en/news/announcements/announcement-01may13–en.htm

Please, note that the Fellowship Programme differs from the ccNSO Funding scheme (you can read more about the difference at http://ccnso.icann.org/meetings/ccnso-travel-funding-04dec08.htm). The call for applicants for ccNSO Travel Funding to the Buenos Aires meeting will not open until early July 2013.
