Subject: [Ext] Call for topic proposals for the plenary sessions ICANN69

 

 

Dear All,

 
ICANN org will soon start collecting topics and session proposals for potential plenary sessions at ICANN69, the Virtual Annual General Meeting. ICANN69 will start on Saturday, 17 October and end on Thursday, 22 October 2020.


Do you have a proposal for a plenary session, to be held at ICANN69?  Please fill out the template below, and send an email to joke.braeken@icann.org. The deadline for this is Wednesday, 29 July 2020 (23:59 UTC). 

Proposals for plenary sessions must include:

 

  1. Title
  2. Background/Importance. Must have potential to attract a sizable audience (200+)
  3. Session goals and expected outcomes
  4. Hyperlinks to any relevant documentation (if available)
  5. Suggested format of the session

 

Only complete proposals will be taken into consideration. All submitted proposals are subject to an evaluation by the ICANN69 planning committee, consisting of leaders from the various Advisory Committees and Supporting Organisations.
