Dear all,

As you all will know, the Marrakesh meeting will be the first meeting following ICANN's new Meeting strategy. In accordance with the new strategy, there will be two Public forums: the first on Monday late in the afternoon an the second on Thursday in the afternoon.

To date the joint ccNSO-GNSO Council meeting were schedule Monday late afternoon (17.00 – 18.30). Going forwards, this will conflict with the Public Forum. To avoid this conflict staff will schedule the joint meeting with the GNSO Council on Monday during lunch time (the “old” meeting time).
