BEFORE FRIDAY 28 JULY 2017, 17.00 UTC
Kindly rank the candidates in order of preference: The most preferred candidate ranks number 1, the next one number 2 etc. Please add the number next to the name of the candidate. If you believe a candidate
does not meet the requirements, do not include that person in your list.
To select the candidate, you are supposed to take into account and be guided by the selection criteria in the call for volunteers.
