I noticed that the doodle poll for the 22/7 call mentions 14h as starting hour? Should that not be 11h -> see Bart’s earlier mail

In the second poll I see a similar problem -> 9h and 13h should probably be 13h & 21h. I would also advise to keep the doodle poll in UTC time so that people don’t get confused. Also a bit of a warning for the Doodle users -> it has a tendency to convert timings to the settings of your PC/Mac. Pls check in which timezone it has set you and use the button “change” to reset to original time settings.

Dear all,

As discussed today you will receive two Doodle polls to check your availability:

1.      The first Doodle poll is for a call for the final selection of the ccTLD members on the CSC. The only possible time for this call is 22 July at 11.00 UTC.

2.      The second Doodle poll is for the approval of the full membership (members and liaisons) slate of the CSC. The proposed times will be 10 August 11.00 UTC or 19.00 UTC or 11 August 11.00 UTC or 19.00 UTC.

 

Please be aware that if you fill in the Doodle polls and accept the proposed time you commit to attend the call, as the quorum rule will apply to both meetings. According to this rule, at least 10 Councillors, and one ccTLD appointed Councillor from every ICANN region needs to be on the call to take a decision. Note that Councillors who will put their name forward will be excluded from the Council selection process.
