As indicated in yesterday’s email on ICANN’s public comment forum on the second version of the Terms of Reference for the pilot Holistic Pilot has opened (https://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/proceeding/pilot-holistic-review-revised-terms-of-reference-tor-28-09-2023). As next step you are asked to decide whether to initiate the ccNSO Council Statement process ( see section 3 and 4 in https://ccnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/filefield_47783/guidelines-statements-30mar16-en.pdf ). Under the assumption you have no objection, I want to suggest that the drafting team of statement on first ToR, will again prepare the draft. Members were: Tatiana, Irina, Alejandra, Chris, Jordan, Pablo Sean and Stephen.

Decision – The ccNSO Council initiates the ccNSO Council Statement as provided in the relevant Guideline (https://ccnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/filefield_47783/guidelines-statements-30mar16-en.pdf) to provide input on the second draft Terms of Reference for the pilot Holistic Review. Closing date of comment period is 27 November 2023.
