• Update Bylaw change repository. This is included for reference only. Refers to Action item 170-05.
• Item 6 agenda 171 WG or Committee Chair and Vice-Chair nomination and selection procedures. These procedures are intended to be added to two existing Guidelines (Guideline, ccNSO Collaboration Groups and Guideline: ccNSO WG. These procedures were discussed before by Council and were circulated for community feed-back and input.
• Item 5 agenda 171 ccNSO appointment to specific groups. The procedures as included are intended to replace the following Guidelines: cross-community WG, , Liaisons to other SO/ACs, Nominating Committee, Appointment CSC, RZERC, IFRT, Specific Reviews. These procedures were discussed before by Council and were circulated for community feed-back and input.
