Dear Councillors,

I need to know whether you wish to appoint a candidate from your region to receive travel funding to the Brussels meeting. So far I have only heard back from the African and European region – if I don’t hear from you by this Wednesday, 17th I assume your region does not wish to appoint any funded traveller.
