While reviewing the Terms of Reference of the Study Group (https://ccnso.icann.org/sites/default/files/field-attached/emoji-sld-purpose-scope-activities-26feb18-en.pdf), it was noted that in its closure says:

"The study group closes at the end of the ccNSO Council meeting the final report has

been discussed by the ccNSO Council, but no later than the ccNSO Council meeting at

the ICANN meeting 63 ( Barcelona, Spain)."

Since the work of the Study Group has just started, presenting a final report for ICANN 63 is a very tight deadline, so it is requested to defer it until ICANN 64.

On the other hand, chair and co-chair nominations are pending. Will be defined by Monday 23 July.

A general overview of what the work plan could look like was discussed and it was agreed that the group will start meeting every two weeks starting on 15 August.
