1) ALAC adopted a Position Description for ALAC Members
and Liaisons:

2) ALAC Community Guide to Generic Top-Level Domain Names

3) ALAC approves proposed Working group to research the
possibility of developing mutually beneficial relationships between ccTLDs
and ALSs:

4) ccTLD NIC-VI outreach experiment resulted in a
commitment from the University of the Virgin Islands to introduce ICANN and
Internet Governance material into the UVI Computational Sciences degree
curriculum:

5) ALAC approved the previously
proposed meeting in Seoul between ALAC Chair, ccNSO Chair, ALAC and
ccNSO Liaisons, and ccTLD operators who have existing community outreach
programs, to determine what mutual benefits may be realized from a project to
bring together ALSs and their ccTLD counterparts.
There are currently 97 ccNSO members and 118 ALSs.
There are currently 20 ALSs in countries where the ccTLD is
not a member of ccNSO.
