As per the
public archive, the nomination by Pablo Rodriguez arrived on Monday, 18 July 2022 (18:08:38 UTC), whereas a nomination by Clara Collado arrived one day later on Tuesday, 19 July 2022
(16:12:52 UTC). As per the applicable ccNSO guideline, each ccNSO member may nominate one (1) person for a seat to be filled on the ICANN Board.

of Dr Rodriguez' which, to me at least, means that his nomination should
technically be a secondment.
