Dear all,

Following yesterday’s Council call, you are kindly asked to volunteer as member of the drafting team for a ccNSO comment on the draft proposals for The Root Server System Governance Structure (https://itp.cdn.icann.org/en/files/policy-development/root-server-system-governance-structure-pub-comment-11-08-2025-en.pdf). The public comment period will close on 22 September 2025.

If you are interested , please let the secretariat know as soon as possible ( preferably early next week, 26 August), so we can schedule a call

Also note Peter has already indicated he would assist the group, and we have noted Jordan volunteered during the call
