Dear Councillors

As you may remember, Katrina has been following up the new ccNSO website process since its inception until now.

Following the recent conversations with ICANN's ITI team, we need to provide by 10 September around 5 names of ccNSO representatives for a small team to join Katrina. Members of this team will be asked to volunteer 2-4 hours per month to participate in feedback and requirements gathering sessions about the ccNSO website. The first session will be scheduled between 20-30 September.

Given the short time, I propose to have a ccNSO Council committee for this. If later there is a need to expand this group we can always launch a call for volunteers.

Please step forward for this small committee by sending an email to Joke (joke.braeken@icann.org) or myself by Thursday 9 September, so we can send the list of participants by 10 September.
