Meeting"

With regards to the translation services, which are provided by default
(being in the ccNSO room). Our observation was that almost nobody used
the headsets, so it might be a cost saving proposal to just not engage
the translators for TechDay.

We would also like a bit more flexibility with regards to session
lengths and break duration.
