NEW: Apply Now for ICANN and PTI Leadership Positions

Today, the Nominating Committee (NomCom) of ICANN invites interested individuals to submit applications for key leadership positions within ICANN's Supporting Organizations (SO) and Advisory Committees (AC), the ICANN Board of Directors, and the Public Technical Identifiers (PTI) Board of Directors.

Selected individuals will have a unique opportunity to work with accomplished colleagues from around the globe to help shape the Internet's technical coordination and policy development.

The deadline to submit applications is 11 March 2022 at 23:59 Universal Coordinated Time (UTC).

NEW: ICANN Posts Webinar: SSAD ODP Update on Governmental Accreditation Authorities

Last week, the ICANN organization (org) held a webinar to provide an update to the Governmental Advisory Committee (GAC) on the topic of governmental accreditation authorities under the recommended System for Standardized Access/Disclosure (SSAD), which ICANN org is assessing during the Operational Design Phase (ODP).

REMINDER: ICANN73 NextGen@ICANN Application Deadline Extended

The deadline to submit applications for the ICANN73 NextGen@ICANN Program has been extended. The closing date for applications is now Friday, 31 December 2021.

REMINDER: ICANN Community Excellence Award Nomination Period Now Open

The nomination period for the ICANN Community Excellence Award is now open. The deadline for submissions is Monday, 21 March 2022 and the winner(s) will be announced at ICANN74. Learn more about the nomination process here. Submit your nominations here.

REMINDER: Nominations for Fellowship Program Mentors Now Open

ICANN's Supporting Organizations and Advisory Committees are invited to nominate volunteers to serve as Fellowship Program Mentors for ICANN75-ICANN77. Each group is welcome to nominate one individual for this role, for a total of up to seven mentors. Nominations should be submitted by Friday, 25 February 2022 to fellowshipconsultation@icann.org
