Draft Resolution:
Background
The ccNSO Council appointed Gabriella Schittek as election manager in accordance with the Board nominations guidelines of the ccNSO, as adopted by the Council in June 2008. The Election manager reported that during the nomination period only one candidate, Chris Disspain, was nominated and Chris has accepted his nomination.

Resolution
The Council resolves to select Chris Disspain to fill Board Seat number 11 and to take this Board Seat as of the moment the current term to hold Board Seat 11, which expires on the 9th June 2011.
The Council requests its chair and vice-chairs to inform the ICANN Secretary accordingly.
The Council congratulates Chris with his nomination and selection.

9.2. GNSO
1. The Vertical Integration PDP WG has not reached a consensus view on vertical integration to respond to ICANN Board requested date of 8 Oct 2010. A letter would be sent to inform the ICANN Board.
2. The following candidates were selected to serve on the respective Review Teams:
- Security, Stability and Resiliency of the DNS Review Team : Jeff Brueggeman, David Cake, Ken Silva
- WHOIS Review Team : Susan Kawaguchi, Kim G. Von Arx, James Bladel, Kathy Kleiman.
3. The Registries Stakeholder Group had elected two new Council members to replace Chuck Gomes and Edmon Chung whose terms expire at the 2010 Cartagena meeting. The 2 new council members are Jeff Neuman (North America) and Ching Chiao (Asia).
