Dear Councillors,

Those of you who can’t attend the Sydney meeting but wish to participate per dial-in – please let me know by next Wednesday 20th May!!! After that date I can’t ensure that we will be able to install a phone line into our meeting room.

The Council meeting will take place on Wednesday, 24th June at 16.00 Sydney time, which is 06.00 UTC.
